Hotlanta Softball League

Welcome and thank you for registering your team for the 2026 Hotlanta Softball League!

Just a heads-up: this registration is specifically for team registration. Player registration will kick off on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 at 8 A.M.

By completing this Team Registration, you’re agreeing that a team representative will be present at the spring delegation and coach’s meeting on February 28, 2026.

Also, please note that your team registration fees & prior year's fees must be paid by the deadline set forth by the Winter Council by midnight on February 15, 2026.  

Please take a moment to review each page carefully to ensure all information is entered correctly.  As adopted by the league:  All players, team coaches, team managers, and team representatives must use their legal name as it appears on their state-issued ID.  Nicknames are not allowed. This will help ensure that all player and team information is consistently and accurately recorded.

Upon completion of the registration, you’ll receive an emailed invoice from the league treasurer, Ayman Hammoud, with payment options.  This team registration deadline is due by MIDNIGHT on February 15, 2026.  

The team fee is $450 for the Open Division.

The team fee is $300 for the WNT Division.
